In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), we provide you with our comprehensive privacy notice.

1. Identity and address of the data controller responsible for processing your personal data.

CAMPUS INNOVATIONS, S.A. DE C.V., (hereinafter “VEXTIO), with address at Edgar Allan Poe 85-B, Colonia Polanco, C.P. 11560, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data.

Your personal data is collected for the following primary and secondary purposes:

a) Primary Purposes: Purposes that give rise to and are necessary for the legal relationship between you and 10X:

To respond to your requests for information about our products and services.

To fulfill the legal and commercial obligations arising from the legal relationship

that may be established with you.

To manage consulting, contracting, placement, administration, and operation

of the services and products offered by VEXTIO.

To provide quotes for services you request.

To address your inquiries, clarifications, comments, and complaints.

b) Secondary Purposes: Purposes that do not give rise to the legal relationship between you and VEXTIO, but which are of utmost importance to us and useful to you:

To conduct surveys, evaluations, and follow-ups of the services provided.

To conduct market research.

To offer you new products and services that meet your needs.

To contact you and send you promotional communications.

To extend invitations to events that may be of interest to you.

For marketing, advertising, and sales prospecting purposes.

To keep you informed about product and/or service innovations of particular interest to you.

To understand your opinion and experience with the services you have received.

2.1. Refusal to the processing of your personal data for secondary purposes.

If you do not wish for your personal data to be processed for the aforementioned secondary purposes, you may express your refusal by sending your request to our Privacy Committee (see sections 5 and 6 of this Notice), which will inform you of the procedure to follow to exercise your right. Your refusal to allow the use of personal data for secondary purposes does not constitute grounds for 10X to deny you the requested services or terminate the relationship established with us.

3. Personal data we collect.

To fulfill the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, we will collect the following categories of personal data from you: (i) Identification; (ii) contact information; and (iii) employment information.

3.1. Sensitive personal data.

We inform you that, to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, VEXTIO does not collect or process sensitive personal data about you.

3.2. Personal Data of Third Parties.

Regarding the personal data of third parties that you deliberately provide to us, you fully acknowledge, in this legal instrument, that you have previously obtained the corresponding consent (tacit and/or express and/or express in writing, according to the information you unilaterally provide) from these third parties, so that 10X may legitimately process said personal data. If you fail to comply with the foregoing, you will be solely responsible for the legal consequences arising from your non-compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and, where applicable, for any action taken by the competent authority.

4. Transfer of Personal Data.

For the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, your personal data may be transferred to the following individuals or entities, without your legally required consent pursuant to Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP):

I. Insurance companies, bonding companies, reinsurance companies, and/or other companies with which we have a current or future contract that is directly related to the products and/or services you have chosen to contract; this transfer of information is necessary to fulfill the purposes of this privacy notice and the object of the contract agreed upon with you.

II. Holding companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates under the common control of 10X, a parent company, or any company within the same group as 10X, which operate under the same internal processes and policies.

III. Authorities, for the purpose of complying with applicable legal provisions, as well as for the investigation of incidents or the exercise of any right.

The VEXTIO Privacy Committee has been formally appointed to address data subject requests to exercise their rights, as well as to promote.
